A successful and growing real estate company located in Braintree, MA, is actively seeking a Property Accountant for an immediate opening. You will oversee the accounting for multiple properties. This position is hybrid!
Responsibilities:
- Operational accounting for a portfolio of properties
- Handling the month-end close processes
- Preparing monthly financial packages
- Maintain fixed assets schedules
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of property accounting experience
- Real estate experience required
- Yardi experience preferred but not required
- BS in accounting, finance, or related degree
Compensation Package: Up to $85,000 depending on experience
